Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 You have uttered a grievous thing 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
