To the People of Pharaoh, too, aforetime, came Warners (from Allah). 41 They, too, rejected all Our signs. So We seized them with the seizure of One Mighty, Omnipotent. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or say they: We are a host victorious? 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 when they will be dragged on their faces into the fire and will be told, "Feel the touch of hell". 48 Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure. 49 and Our ordaining [a thing and its coming into being] is but one [act,] like the twinkling of an eye. 50 And certainly We have already destroyed the likes of you, but is there anyone who will mind? 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 everything, be it great or small, is recorded. 53 As to the Righteous, they will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers, 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
