Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So make no haste against them; We only count out to them a (limited) number (of the days of the life of this world and delay their term so that they may increase in evil and sins). 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 (Muhammad), We have given you the Book (the Quran) in your own language so that you could easily give the glad news to the pious ones and warn the quarrelsome ones. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
