Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
