They will question thee concerning the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes; 105 and leave the earth level and bare, 106 wherein thou wilt see no crookedness neither any curving.' 107 On that Day, all will follow the summoning Voice from which there will be no escape; and all sounds will be hushed before the Most Gracious, and thou wilt hear nothing but a faint sough in the air. 108 That Day intercession will profit not except him for whom the Compassionate giveth leave, and of whom He approveth the word. 109 He knows all that is ahead of them and all that is behind them, while the others do not know. 110 ۞ Faces will be humble before the Everlasting and the Self-existing God. Despair will strike those who are loaded with the burden of injustice. 111 but whosoever does deeds of righteousness, being a believer, shall fear neither wrong nor injustice. 112 And thus have We sent it down an Arabic Quran, and have distinctly set forth therein of threats that they may guard (against evil) or that it may produce a reminder for them. 113 Then High above all be Allah, the True King. And be not in haste (O Muhammad SAW) with the Quran before its revelation is completed to you, and say: "My Lord! Increase me in knowledge." 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
