They will ask thee of the mountains (on that day). Say: My Lord will break them into scattered dust. 105 and leave the earth a levelled plain 106 with neither hollows nor upthrust mounds to be seen. 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that Day shall no intercession avail except for those for whom permission has been granted by (Allah) Most Gracious and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knoweth that which is before them and that which is behind them, and they encompass it not with their knowledge. 110 ۞ And [on that Day] all faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being; and undone shall be he who bears [a burden of] evildoing 111 but those who have believed and done good works shall fear neither wrong nor injustice. 112 And this is how We revealed it as an Arabic Qur’an, and in different ways gave promises of punishment, that they may fear or it may create some pondering in their hearts. 113 Exalted then be God, the real King; and do not try to anticipate the Qur'an before the completion of its revelation, but pray: "O Lord, give me greater knowledge." 114 And We had already taken a promise from Adam before, but he forgot; and We found not in him determination. 115
