They will question thee concerning the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes; 105 Then leave it a plain, smooth level 106 Wherein thou seest neither curve nor ruggedness. 107 On that Day will they follow the Caller (straight): no crookedness (can they show) him: all sounds shall humble themselves in the Presence of (Allah) Most Gracious: nothing shalt thou hear but the tramp of their feet (as they march). 108 On that Day intercession shall not avail save of him whom the Most Compassionate Lord permits, and whose word of intercession is pleasing to Him. 109 He (Allah) knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them (in the Hereafter), and they will never compass anything of His Knowledge. 110 ۞ All faces shall be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting Lord, and he who bears the burden of iniquity will have failed; 111 but he who does good works, being a believer, shall fear no harm nor any injustice." 112 And thus We have sent it down as a Quran in Arabic, and have explained therein in detail the warnings, in order that they may fear Allah, or that it may cause them to have a lesson from it (or to have the honour for believing and acting on its teachings). 113 Exalted is Allah, the True King! And hasten thee not with the Qur'an before there is finished to thee the revelation thereof, and say thou: O my Lord! increase me in knowledge! 114 And assuredly We covenanted with Adam aforetime, then he forgat, and We found not in him steadiness. 115
