1/2 Hizb 33
< random >
۞ We bestowed aforetime on Abraham his rectitude of conduct, and well were We acquainted with him. 51 When he said to his father and his people, “What are these idols before whom you squat (worshipping)?” 52 They replied: "We found our fathers worshipping them." 53 He said, "Indeed ye have been in manifest error - ye and your fathers." 54 They said: "Have you brought us the truth, or are you one of those who play about?" 55 Abraham replied, "Your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who created them, and I bear witness to that. 56 By Allah, I will certainly outwit your idols as soon as you have turned your backs and gone' 57 So he broke them to pieces, (all) except the biggest of them, that they might turn to it. 58 They asked (on return): "Who has done this to our gods? He is surely a mischief-monger." 59 'We have heard a young man called Abraham mention them' they replied. 60 They said, “Therefore bring him in front of the people, perhaps they may testify.” 61 They said, "Have you done this to our gods, O Abraham?" 62 He answered, "Rather this biggest one of them did it. Ask them, if they can speak." 63 Thereupon they turned to their (inner) selves and said (to themselves): "Surely it is you who are the wrong-doers." 64 Then they turned to themselves (their first thought and said): "Indeed you [Ibrahim (Abraham)] know well that these (idols) speak not!" 65 He said: What! do you then serve besides Allah what brings you not any benefit at all, nor does it harm you? 66 Fie upon you and upon all that you worship instead of God! Will you not, then, use your reason?" 67 They said: burn him, and succour your gods, if ye will be doing. 68 But We said, "Fire! Be cool and a means of safety for Abraham." 69 And they wanted to harm him, but We made them the worst losers. 70 And We rescued him and Lut towards the land which We have blessed for the entire world. 71 And We bestowed him Ishaq, and Yaqub the grandson; and We made all of them worthy of Our proximity. 72 And We made them leaders, guiding by Our command; and We revealed unto them the doing of good deeds and the establishment of prayer, and the giving of poor-rate; and of Us they were the worshippers. 73 And Lot -- to him We gave judgment and knowledge; and we delivered him from the city that had been doing deeds of corruption; they were an evil people, truly ungodly; 74 We encompassed him in Our mercy; he was a righteous man. 75

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل عشوائي تماما بحيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
