Al-Mu' minoon 3 of 6
The chiefs of the people who did not believe and denied the life to come, though We had given them good things of this life to enjoy, (said): "He is only a mortal like you. He eats as you do, and drinks as you drink. 33 And if you obey a mortal like yourselves, then most surely you will be losers: 34 What, does he promise you that when you are dead, and become dust and bones, you shall be brought forth? 35 ۞ Far-fetched, utterly far-fetched is what you are being promised. 36 “There is nothing except our life of this world, we die and we live, and we are not to be raised.” 37 He is nothing but a man who has forged against Allah a lie, we will never believe him' 38 He said, 'O my Lord, help me, for that they cry me lies.' 39 God replied, "After a very short time they will certainly regret for their deeds." 40 So they were rightly seized by a mighty blast; and We turned them into mouldy rubbish: A good riddance of the wicked people! 41 Then after them We raised other generations. 42 No nation can go before its term ends nor stay back. 43 Then We sent Our apostles one after another; whenever there came to a people their apostle, they called him a liar, so We made some of them follow others and We made them stories; so away with a people who do not believe! 44 Then We sent Musa (Moses) and his brother Harun (Aaron), with Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and manifest authority, 45 To Firon and his chiefs, but they behaved haughtily and they were an insolent people. 46 And so they said: "Shall we believe [them] two mortals like ourselves - although their people are our slaves?" 47 They called them liars and consequently were destroyed. 48 And We gave the Book to Moses so that they may be guided. 49 We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign, and gave them a refuge on a hillside where there was a hollow and a spring. 50

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
