Messengers! Partake of the things that are clean, and act righteously. I know well all that you do. 51 And surely this your religion is one religion and I am your Lord, therefore be careful (of your duty) to Me. 52 But they (mankind) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its tenets. 53 So leave them in their intoxication till a time. 54 Do they think that what We extend to them of wealth and children 55 We hasten in good works for them? No, they are not aware. 56 Surely those who tremble in fear of their Lord 57 And those who believe in the revelations of their Lord, 58 Who do not associate any one with their Lord, 59 who give, whatever they give in charity, with their hearts trembling at the thought that they are destined to return to their Lord; 60 These are hastening on to good, and they are therein foremost. 61 And We charge no soul except [with that within] its capacity, and with Us is a record which speaks with truth; and they will not be wronged. 62 But their hearts are in confused ignorance of this; and there are, besides that, deeds of theirs, which they will (continue) to do,- 63 But when We will strike with torment those (unbelievers) who are rich, they will start to cry for help. 64 Supplicate not this day! Assuredly ye will not be helped by Us. 65 “My verses were recited to you, so you used to turn back on your heels.” 66 being proud against it, talking foolishness by night. 67 Why did they not think over the message? Or has something come to them which had not come to their fathers? 68 Or, is it because they do not recognize their Messenger that they denied him? 69 Or they say, “He is afflicted by a demon”; in fact he brought the Truth to them, and most of them dislike the Truth. 70 If the Truth had been in accord with their desires, truly the heavens and the earth, and all beings therein would have been in confusion and corruption! Nay, We have sent them their admonition, but they turn away from their admonition. 71 Or, do you ask a tribute from them? Your Lord's tribute is better. He is the Best of providers. 72 And certainly, you (O Muhammad SAW) call them to a Straight Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). 73 And verily those who believe not in the Hereafter are deviating from that Way. 74 ۞ And if We have mercy upon them and remove the calamity which has befallen them, they would still stubbornly persist, wandering in their rebellion. 75 And already We overtook them with chastisement, but they were not submissive to their Lord, nor do they humble themselves. 76 Until when We shall open upon them a portal of severe torment, and lo! thereat they are desparing. 77
