It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 But they say the same as the ancients said, 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
