And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 Rather, they say like what the former peoples said. 81 They say: when we are dead, and have become dust and bones, shall we verily be raised up? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say, "They belong to God." Say, "So do you not fear Him?" 87 Say "In Whose Hand is the sovereignty of everything (i.e. treasures of each and everything)? And He protects (all), while against Whom there is no protector, (i.e. if Allah saves anyone none can punish or harm him, and if Allah punishes or harms anyone none can save him), if you know." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the truth (Islamic Monotheism), and verily, they (disbelievers) are liars. 90 God has never given birth to a son and there is no other god besides Him. If there were, each god would have taken away his creatures and claimed superiority over the others. God is too exalted to be as they believe Him to be. 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
