It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will surely say: "(The dominion over all things) belongs to Allah." Say: "Whence are you then deluded?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 The All Knowing, of every hidden and the visible – so Supremacy is to Him over their ascribing of partners (to Him). 92
