Al-Mu' minoon 6 of 6
Say thou; my Lord! if Thou wilt shew me that wherewith they are threatened. 93 then do not include me, my Lord, among these wrong-doing people." 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best-Acquainted with the things they utter. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 lt ceaseth not until when death cometh to one of them, and he saith: my Lord! send me back. 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another. 101 And they whose weight [of righteousness] is heavy in the balance - it is they, they who will have attained to a happy state; 102 And the ones whose scales prove light – it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 'What, were My signs not recited to you, and you cried them lies?' 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 Lord, deliver us from Hell. Then, if we revert again, we shall definitely be wrongdoers." 107 He shall say: slink away there unto, and speak not unto Me. 108 You are those that when a party of My servants said: 'Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful,' 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will say: we tarried a day or part of a day; ask those who keep count. 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Did you think that We had created you for a playful purpose and that you were not to return to Us?" 115 Exalted then be God, the King, the Real. There is no god but He, the Lord of the glorious throne. 116 And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
