Al-Mu' minoon 6 of 6
Say, "Lord, if you will afflict them with punishment, 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And most surely We are well able to make you see what We threaten them with. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 Say: "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the evil promptings of the devils. 97 "And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord! lest they should come near me." 98 Until when death overtakes one of them, he says: Send me back, my Lord, send me back; 99 so that perhaps I shall act righteously for the rest of my life." Although he will say so but his wish will never come true. After death they will be behind a barrier until the day of their resurrection. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 The fire will scorch their faces and they will be groaning therein in pain. 104 "Were not My messages read out to you? But you denied them." 105 They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray! 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' ” 109 But ye chose them for a laughing-stock until they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, while ye laughed at them. 110 Today I shall recompense them for their patience, for it is they that have won. 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will say: We tarried by a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count! 113 God will say, "You have indeed remained there for a short time. Would that you knew it during your life time. 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 So Most Supreme is Allah, the True King; there is no God except Him; Lord of the Throne of Honour. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And say: O my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the best of the Merciful ones. 118
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
