Exalted is He who put constellations in the heavens, a radiant lamp and an illuminating moon -- 61 it is He who has made night and day succeed each other, a sign for those who would take heed and would be grateful. 62 And the servants of (Allah) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say, "Peace!"; 63 and those who spend the night prostrating themselves, and standing before their Lord, 64 And they who say: O our Lord! turn away from us the punishment of hell, surely the punishment thereof is a lasting 65 Verily ill it is as an abode and as a station. 66 And those who, when spending, neither exceed the limits nor act miserly, and stay in moderation between the two. 67 Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment. 68 The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; 69 But only those who repent and believe and act righteously will have their sins replaced by virtue; God is All-forgiving and All-merciful. 70 He who repents and does good works truly turns to Allah in repentance, 71 those who do not testify falsely and when they come across something impious, pass it by nobly, 72 And those who, when they are reminded of the revelations of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat. 73 And those who say: our Lord bestow on us coolness of eyes from our wives and our offspring, and make us unto the God-fearing a pattern. 74 They will all receive Paradise as their reward for their forbearance and patience, where they will be greeted with, "Peace be with you." 75 and wherein they will live for ever: what an excellent abode and what an excellent resting place! 76 Say: 'My Lord cares little for you if it was not for your supplication, indeed you have belied (the Messenger and the Koran) so it (the punishment) will be fastened' 77
