Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a [burning] lamp and luminous moon. 61 And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude. 62 And the bondmen of the Most Gracious who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them they answer, “Peace”. (Good –bye) 63 who pass the night prostrate to their Lord and standing; 64 Those who say, "Our Lord! avert from us the Wrath of Hell, for its Wrath is indeed an affliction grievous,- 65 Surely it is an evil abode and (evil) place to stay. 66 And those who, when spending, neither exceed the limits nor act miserly, and stay in moderation between the two. 67 who call not upon another god with God, nor slay the soul God has forbidden except by right, neither fornicate, for whosoever does that shall meet the price 68 [but] shall have his suffering doubled on Resurrection Day: for on that [Day] he shall abide in ignominy. 69 Except those who repent and come to believe and do the right, for whom God will turn evil into goodness, for God is forgiving and kind. 70 Those who repent and act righteously have truly returned to God, 71 (And the servants of the Merciful are those:) who do not bear witness to falsehood and who; if they have ever to pass by what is vain, pass by like dignified people: 72 And they who, when reminded of the communications of their Lord, do not fall down thereat deaf and blind. 73 They pray, "Lord, let our spouses and children be the delight of our eyes and ourselves examples for the pious ones." 74 Such are the people who will be rewarded with high palaces for their fortitude,, wherein they will be welcomed with due respect, honour and salutations 75 Abiders therein: excellent it is as an abode and as a station. 76 Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)!" 77
