Blest be He Who hath placed big stars in the heaven, and hath placed therein a lamp and a moon enlightening. 61 And He it is Who made the night and the day to follow each other for him who desires to be mindful or desires to be thankful. 62 The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: Peace; 63 who pass their nights in prostrating themselves and standing before their Lord: 64 who pray, "Our Lord, save us from the torment of Hell, for its torment is killing: 65 Surely it is an evil abode and (evil) place to stay. 66 who in their spending are neither extravagant nor stingy but maintain moderation, 67 And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin; 68 of sin-doubled shall be the chastisement for him on the Resurrection Day, and he shall dwell therein humbled, 69 except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds. God will change the evil deeds of such people into good ones: He is most forgiving and most merciful. 70 And he who repents and does righteousness does indeed turn to Allah with [accepted] repentance. 71 And they who do not bear witness to what is false, and when they pass by what is vain, they pass by nobly. 72 and who when they are reminded of the verses of their Lord, they do not fall down deaf and blind. 73 and who pray "O our Sustainer! Grant that our spouses and our offspring be a joy to our eyes, and cause us to be foremost among those who are conscious of Thee!" 74 [Such as] these will be rewarded for all their patient endurance [in life] with a high station [in paradise,] and will be met therein with a greeting of welcome and peace, 75 Therein they shall dwell forever; fair it is as a lodging-place and an abode. 76 (Muhammad), say (to the disbeliever) "It does not matter to my Lord whether you worship Him or not. You have rejected His guidance and your punishment is inevitable." 77
