The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, that how many honourable pairs We have created in it? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
