۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
