۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 and they have enraged us, 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
