Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we accept you even though it is the meanest of people who follow you?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
