The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers." 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
