Those who deny the truth say, "When we have turned to dust like our fathers, shall we be brought back to life again? 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say: "Go all over the earth and behold what happened in the end to those [who were thus] lost in sin!" 69 And grieve not for them and be not distressed because of what they plan. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say: "Perhaps that which you wish to hasten on, may be close behind you. 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 And verily, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they reveal. 74 All the secrets in heavens and earth are recorded in the illustrious Book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
