(O Prophet), say to those who associate others with Allah in His Divinity: “Call upon those whom you fancied to be deities beside Allah. They own not even the smallest particle, neither in the heavens nor on the earth; nor do they have any share in the ownership of either of them. Nor is any of them even a helper of Allah. 22 No intercession can avail with Allah except for him whom Allah permits (to intercede). When their hearts are relieved of fright they will ask the intercessors: “What did your Lord say?” They will reply: “(He said) what is right, and He is the High, the Great.” 23 ۞ Say: "Who gives you sustenance, from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is Allah; and certain it is that either we or ye are on right guidance or in manifest error!" 24 Say: "Neither shall you be called to account for whatever we may have become guilty of, nor shall we be called to account for whatever you are doing." 25 Say: "Our Sustainer will bring us all together [on Judgment Day,] and then He will lay open the truth between us, in justice - for He alone is the One who opens all truth, the All-Knowing!" 26 Say to them, "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners. No indeed! For He alone is God, the Mighty One, the Wise One." 27 We did not send you (Prophet Muhammad) for all mankind except to bring them glad tidings and to warn, but most people do not know. 28 They ask you: “When will this promise (of Resurrection) be fulfilled, if what you say is true?” 29 Proclaim “For you is the promise of a Day which you cannot postpone by one moment nor can you advance it.” 30
