۞ O mankind! ye are needers unto Allah, and Allah! He is the Self-Sufficient, the Praiseworthy 15 If He so pleased, He could blot you out and bring in a New Creation. 16 And this is not hard to Allah. 17 No burden-bearer shall bear another's burden, and if some over-laden soul should call out for someone else to carry his load, not the least portion of it will be borne for him, even though he were a near relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord in the unseen, and pray regularly. Anyone who purifies himself will benefit greatly from doing so. To God all shall return. 18 The blind man is not equal with the seer; 19 Neither darknesses and light, 20 And neither are the shadow and the hot sunshine! 21 And not equal are the living and the dead! Indeed Allah causes them to listen*, whomever He wills; and you cannot make those who are in the graves** listen. (* Listen to guidance **The disbelievers are referred to as dead, whose fates are sealed.) 22 You (Prophet Muhammad) are but a warner. 23 We have sent you in all truth as a bearer of glad news and a warner. No nation who lived before was left without a warner. 24 If they give the lie to you now, those that went before them also gave the lie to their Messengers when they came to them with Clear Proofs, with Scriptures, and with the Illuminating Book. 25 In the end did I punish those who rejected Faith: and how (terrible) was My rejection (of them)! 26
