Behold, thy Lord called Moses: "Go to the people of iniquity,- 10 the nation of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Me' 11 He said: "O my Lord! I do fear that they will charge me with falsehood: 12 "My breast will be straitened. And my speech may not go (smoothly): so send unto Aaron. 13 They also have a sin against me, and I fear they will slay me.' 14 Said He, 'No indeed; but go, both of you, with Our signs, and We assuredly shall be with you, listening. 15 Go to Pharaoh, both of you, and say, 'We are messengers from the Lord of the Worlds: 16 Send forth with us the Children of Israel' 17 (Firon) said: Did we not bring you up as a child among us, and you tarried among us for (many) years of your life? 18 And [then] you did your deed which you did, and you were of the ungrateful." 19 Said he, 'Indeed I did it then, being one of those that stray; 20 Then I fled for fear of you. Then my Lord bestowed wisdom and authority on me and made me one of the Messengers. 21 And [as for] that favour of which thou so tauntingly remindest me - [was it not] due to thy having enslaved the children of Israel?" 22 Pharaoh said: "And who is this Lord of the Universe?" 23 (Moses) said: Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if ye had but sure belief. 24 [Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear?" 25 He said: your Lord and the Lord of your ancient fathers. 26 Pharaoh said to the audience: "This Messenger of yours who has been sent to you is simply mad." 27 [But Moses] went on: "[He of whom I speak is] the Sustainer of the east and the west and of all that is between the two - as you would know]" if you would but use your reason!" 28 Said Firaun, “If you ascribe any one else as a God other than me, I will surely imprison you.” 29 Musa (Moses) said: "Even if I bring you something manifest (and convincing)?" 30 Said Firaun, “Then bring it, if you are of the truthful.” 31 So (Moses) cast his staff, and lo, it turned into a living serpent. 32 And he drew forth his hand, and lo! it appeared white to the onlookers. 33

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
