۞ O men, you are the ones that have need of God; He is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable. 15 If He so wills, He can do away with you and bring forth a new mankind [in your stead]: 16 Nor is that (at all) difficult for Allah. 17 No one will bear the burden of another. Even if an overburdened soul should ask another to bear a part of his burden, no one, not even a relative, will do so. (Muhammad), you can only warn those who have fear of their Lord without seeing Him and who are steadfast in prayer. Whoever purifies himself, does so for his own good. To God do all things return. 18 For [thus it is:] the blind and the seeing are not equal; 19 Neither darknesses and light, 20 shade and heat are not alike, 21 And not equal are the living and the dead. Indeed, Allah causes to hear whom He wills, but you cannot make hear those in the graves. 22 Thou art but a warner. 23 Verily, We have sent thee with the truth, as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner: for there never was any community but a warner has [lived and] passed away in its midst. 24 And if they reject thee, so did their predecessors, to whom came their messengers with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment. 25 Then I seized the disbelievers; so how did denial My rejection turn out? 26
