Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Ya Seen. 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom, 2 thou art truly among the Envoys 3 upon the straight path. 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 That you may warn a people whose ancestors had never been warned, who are therefore heedless. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 And it is alike unto them, whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they shall not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the Reminder (the Quran), and fears the Most Beneficent (Allah) unseen. Bear you to such one the glad tidings of forgiveness, and a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
