Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
