We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
