And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
