And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
