Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
