Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: "That is a Message Supreme (above all),- 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 I am told (about matters) by means of revelation only because I am a clear warner.” 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 so He said, "You are granted respite 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 Lo! it is naught else than a reminder for all peoples 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
