Tell them, (O Prophet): “I am nothing but a warner. There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Supreme, 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 And when I have fashioned him and breathed into him of My Spirit, then fall down before him prostrate, 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 Allah said: get thee forth therefrom; verily thou art driven away. 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said: My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised. 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 [all] save such of them as are truly Thy servants!" 83 [And God] said: "This, then, is the truth! And this truth do I state: 84 I will certainly fill the Gehenna with you and with all those among them who follow you.” 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88
