Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 “I receive only the divine revelations, that I am purely a clear Herald of Warning.” 70 (Remember) When your Lord said to the angels, “I will create a human from clay.” – 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 The angels prostrated themselves, all of them. 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 He replied: “I am nobler than he. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 And verily My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Requital, 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 Until the Day of the time appointed. 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
