The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste it - thou who [on earth] hast considered thyself so mighty, so noble! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
