Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 then pour over his head the anguish of burning despair! 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 among gardens and fountains, 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 Thus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
