And to Allah only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and when the Last Day is established – on that day the followers of falsehood will suffer loss. 27 You will see each community kneeling down; and each community will be summoned to its ledger (of good and evil deeds). You will receive upon that day your recompense for what you had done. 28 "This Our Record speaks about you with truth: For We were wont to put on Record all that ye did." 29 As for those who have believed and done good works, their Lord will admit them into His Mercy that is a mighty triumph! 30 But as for those who were bent on denying the truth, [they will be told:] "Were not My messages conveyed to you? And withal, you gloried in your arrogance, and so you became people lost in sin: 31 When it was said that the promise of God is true and that the Hour would inevitably come, you said, "We do not know what the Hour of Doom is, we are suspicious about it and we are not convinced". 32 Their evil deeds will be revealed to them and (the torment) which they had mocked will surround them. 33 "We shall ignore you today," they will be told, "as you had forgotten the meeting of this Day. Your dwelling place is Hell, and there is none to save you: 34 You reached this end because you made Allah's Signs an object of jest and the life of the world deluded you.” So they shall not be taken out of the Fire nor shall they be asked to make amends (and thus please their Lord). 35 Then praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, the Lord of the Worlds. 36 His is the Pride in the heavens and earth. He is the Almighty, the Wise. 37
