To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; on the Day when the Hour comes, those who follow falsehood will be the losers. 27 And you will see every group down on its knees; every group will be called towards its book of deeds; “This day you will be repaid for what you did.” 28 This Our record speaks of you in all truth: for, verily, We have caused to be recorded all that you ever did!" 29 As for those who have believed and done good works, their Lord will admit them into His Mercy that is a mighty triumph! 30 But those who rejected the truth [will be asked], "When My revelations were recited to you, were you not arrogant and did you not persist in wicked deeds? 31 "And when it was said that the promise of Allah was true, and that the Hour- there was no doubt about its (coming), ye used to say, 'We know not what is the hour: we only think it is an idea, and we have no firm assurance.'" 32 The evil of their actions will then become clear to them. The punishment they mocked will engulf them. 33 They will be told, "On this day We shall forget you in the same way that you had forgotten your coming into Our presence. Your dwelling will be hell fire and no one will help you. 34 You reached this end because you made Allah's Signs an object of jest and the life of the world deluded you.” So they shall not be taken out of the Fire nor shall they be asked to make amends (and thus please their Lord). 35 So all praise is for Allah only, the Lord of the heavens and the Lord of the earth, the Lord of the Creation! 36 To Him be glory throughout the heavens and the earth: and He is Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom! 37
