Mention the Day whereon We shall say unto the Hell: art thou filled? and it will say: is there yet any addition? 30 And Paradise will be brought near to the righteous, not far, 31 This is what you were promised, (it is) for every one who turns frequently (to Allah), keeps (His limits); 32 Who fears the Most Gracious without seeing, and came with a heart that inclines. 33 "Enter ye therein in Peace and Security; this is a Day of Eternal Life!" 34 There they have all that they desire, and there is more with Us. 35 How many a generation, far greater in prowess, have We destroyed before them! They searched the entire land: but could they find a refuge? 36 Indeed in this is an advice for anyone who keeps a heart, or listens attentively. 37 And certainly We created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six periods and there touched Us not any fatigue. 38 So bear with patience what they say, and glorify your Lord with His praise, before the rising and before the setting of the sun; 39 And glorify Him for some portion of the night, and additional adorations. 40 And listen attentively on the day when an announcer will proclaim from a place nearby. 41 The Day they will hear the blast [of the Horn] in truth. That is the Day of Emergence [from the graves]. 42 Surely it is We Who give life and cause death, and to Us shall all return 43 Upon the day when the earth is split asunder from about them as they hasten forth; that is a mustering easy for Us. 44 We are the best Knower of that which they say, and thou art not over them tyrant. Wherefore admonish thou by the Qur'an him who feareth My threat. 45

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
