▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And the earth! We have stretched it forth beneath; an excellent Spreader are We! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 Therefore turn away from them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), – so there is no blame upon you. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And verily, they who are bent on doing evil shall have their share [of evil] like unto the share of their fellows [of old]: so let them not ask Me to hasten [their doom]! 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
