We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 And set not up (or worship) any other ilahan (god) along with Allah [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 [But] thus it is: never yet came any apostle to those who lived before their time but they said, "A spellbinder, ["sorcerer" is he,] or a madman!" 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
