We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
