Have you seen the one who turned away 33 And gave a little and [then] refrained? 34 Is with him knowledge of the unseen so that he seeth? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And Abraham who paid his debt: 37 That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another. 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 And that his effort will be seen. 40 And afterward he will be repaid for it with fullest payment; 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep. 43 and that it is He who causes to die, and causes to live 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 That the second creation is incumbent on Him; 47 And that it is He who enriches and suffices 48 It is He who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 and that He destroyed Ad, the ancient, 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 And before them, the people of Nooh? Indeed they were more unjust and more rebellious than these! 52 And He destroyed the overthrown cities [of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent]. 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 So O listener! Which favour of your Lord will you doubt? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The Day of Resurrection draws near, 57 and none but Allah can avert it. 58 Then at this statement do you wonder? 59 and do they laugh instead of weeping, 60 And ye are behaving proudly. 61 [Nay,] but prostrate yourselves before God, and worship [Him alone]! ۩ 62
