Al-Najm 3 of 3
Did you (O Muhammad SAW) observe him who turned away (from Islam). 33 who at first gave a little, then later held back? 34 Has he knowledge of the unseen, so that he sees? 35 Has he not heard what is contained in the Book of Moses, 36 And with Abraham who kept his word: 37 That no one who carries a burden bears another's load; 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 and that (the result of) his striving shall soon be seen, 40 And afterward he will be repaid for it with fullest payment; 41 And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything). 42 That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears; 43 And that it is He who causes death and gives life 44 It is He who has created spouses, male and female, 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 And that it is He Who has given wealth and contentment? 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius; 49 And that He did destroy the Ad of old 50 and Thamud tribes, 51 and that He it is Who destroyed the people of Noah before for they were much given to iniquity and transgression. 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 so that there came upon them that which came. 54 Then which of the Graces of your Lord (O man!) will you doubt. 55 This is a warning just like those of former times. 56 The Day of Resurrection draws near, 57 None but God can avert it. 58 Do you then find these tidings strange? 59 And will you laugh and not weep? 60 indulging in carelessly idle games? 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
