And certainly the warning came to Firon's people. 41 Who denied Our revelations, every one. Therefore We grasped them with the grasp of the Mighty, the Powerful. 42 Are the unbelievers among you any better than they? Or is there immunity for you in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: "We are a well-accoutred army?" 44 Their multitude will be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 Nay; the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Hour shall be more calamitous and bitter. 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 on the Day when they are dragged into the fire on their faces, it will be said to them, "Now feel the touch of Hell!" 48 We have indeed created all things by measure; 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 54 Seated in an assembly of the Truth, in the presence of Allah, the Omnipotent King. 55
