And indeed the Noble Messengers came to the people of Firaun. 41 They denied all Our signs, We therefore seized them – the seizure of the Most Honourable, the All Powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 [Yet] the hosts [of those who deny the truth] shall be routed, and they shall turn their backs [in flight]! 45 Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter. 46 Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness. 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 BEHOLD, everything have We created in due measure and proportion; 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And certainly We have already destroyed the likes of you, but is there anyone who will mind? 51 And all what they did is in the Books. 52 And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer) (See the Quran V. 57:22). 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 Seated in an assembly of the Truth, in the presence of Allah, the Omnipotent King. 55
