All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 27 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 28 All those there are in the heavens and the earth turn to Him with solicitation, intent on His purpose all the time. 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten brass shall be sent against both of you, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 36 And when heaven is split asunder, and turns crimson like red leather -- 37 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 38 On that Day, neither human nor jinn shall be asked about his sin. 39 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 40 The guilty ones will be recognized by their faces and will be seized by their forelocks and feet. 41 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 42 This is Gehenna (Hell) which the sinners belied, 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 45

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
